Shipping policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Our products are made to order therefore we do not offer refunds. 

  1. Please allow 5-10 Business days for tracking and shipment to be issued, this does NOT include weekends or holidays. *Tumblers have a longer processing time of up to 4-6 weeks.  Tumbler with added decals etc. may take up to 2 additional weeks. Orders may ship earlier than stated time frame but not guaranteed.  
  2. Please allow 3-4 Business days for delivery after order has been shipped.  
  3. Shipping may vary due to holidays or busy times of the year.
  4. Any tracking issues with your package you MUST contact USPS for information.  Once package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer liable.  We can only see the same tracking status as you. 
  5. We are NOT liable for stolen or lost packages.
  6. Please make sure your address is correct with placing order.  You will be required to pay additional shipping charges if item is returned due to wrong address.
  7. We are NOT liable for damages caused by the shipping carrier. 

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).  All shipments are insured and the carrier is responsible for reimbursing damages that occur during transit.

UPS: Visit https://www.ups.com/claims to start a claim.

Damages and issues
Please keep all packaging and the damaged item until the claim is fully processed, as the carrier may request inspection.  Clear photos of the damage and packaging will be required.  If you need any supporting documents from us please feel free to reach out.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues other than shipping issues, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
